I have submitted my official resignation letter as Chairman, Islamic Outreach ABIM, to ABIM’s Secretary General, with a requested effective date of August 31, 2011. 8 Ogos 2011M bersamaan 8 Ramadhan 1432H

Pertubuhan-pertubuhan Islam yang bergabung di bawah PEMBELA ingin menzahirkan sokongan terhadap tindakan Pasukan Penguatkuasaan JAIS melakukan pemeriksaan ke atas premis Dream Centre yang dimiliki Damansara Utama Methodist Church pada 3 Ogos 2011. Penganjuran “Thanksgiving Dinner” di dewan tersebut dengan melibatkan orang-orang Islam pada waktu berbuka puasa di bulan mulia Ramadhan menimbulkan pelbagai persoalan dan mendedahkan penganut agama Islam kepada upacara keagamaan bukan Islam di tempat bukan Islam.
