Isu-isu pokok yang dipersetujui sebagai resolusi Perhimpunan Pimpinan Pertubuhan-pertubuhan Islam Se-Malaysia yang berlangsung di Dewan Muktamar Pusat Islam, Kuala Lumpur pada 7hb Mei 2011.

Menegaskan semula kewibawaan institusi fatwa sebagai institusi yang perlu dihormati semua, termasuk bukan Islam walaupun mereka tidak terikat dengan institusi tersebut. Himpunan Keilmuan Muslim (HAKIM) is an organization formed with a great mission and vision to inculcate the true culture of knowledge in the Muslim society. This is in line with the Islamic intellectual tradition that regards knowledge as a great virtue reflected in the term hikmah. Hikmah (wisdom) springs from the faculty of reason (‘aql) which defines and distinguishes human being from the rest of God’s creation.

As was the custom with the tribes of Arabia prior to Islam, people’s allegiances were to tribes under whose protection one was, which meant other tribes, particularly less influential ones, would avoid entering into a feud with anyone from a more noble tribe. The Prophet (s) belonged to the most noble of them all, the tribe of Quraysh, and within that tribe, the noble tribe of Bani Hashim.

Melahirkan Kepimpinan Unggul

Kertas kerja ini dibentangkan di Kursus Kepimpinan Perdana di Kaherah pada 15 & 16 November 2005.

ASAS PERBINCANGAN

Di dalam era moden ini kita berada di dalam dilema apabila berdepan dengan tugas untuk menyampaikan formula penyelesaian terhadap pelbagai cabaran yang dihadapi masyarakat, dan ini memerlukan pada aspek kepimpinan yang kukuh. Kepimpinan boleh dibentuk dan diperbaiki; serta disuburkan, difahami dan digarap berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip kreatif dan saintifik yang menurut asas Islam (within creative and scientific principles constructed on the foundations of Islam). Prinsip menyuburkan kepimpinan ini adalah melalui bimbingan Al-Qur’an dan cara Rasulullah SAW yang menjadi sumber Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin – Rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Hal ini menyimpulkan prinsip dan contoh kepimpinan sejagat.
